1. Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder a retromakers.com ("el Sitio"), operado por Luis Eslava ("nosotros"), aceptas estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses el Sitio.
2. Propósito del sitio
Retromakers ofrece contenido informativo y de entretenimiento sobre videojuegos clásicos de los años 80, 90 y 2000: datos curiosos, historias y trivia. El contenido se ofrece para uso personal y no comercial.
3. Propiedad intelectual
El texto, diseño y organización originales del Sitio son propiedad de Retromakers / Luis Eslava. Los nombres de videojuegos, personajes, capturas de pantalla, arte de caja y marcas registradas mencionados o mostrados pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños; se utilizan bajo principios de uso justo con fines de comentario, crítica e información, sin pretender ninguna afiliación con dichos titulares de derechos.
Si eres titular de derechos y consideras que algún contenido debe ser retirado, escríbenos a leslava@retromakers.com con el detalle del material y tu reclamo; responderemos y, de ser procedente, retiraremos el contenido.
4. Exactitud del contenido
